Thrive 

​​​A practitioner of the healing craft since 1992, my world has been about bodywork, massage, healing, creating and how women have been the connection and magick to it all. Being on this journey of learning, practicing and expansion has lead me to my passion of supporting women from first blood to our last and all in between as we journey on this path of life.

In 1991 Jeanine Sofra my friend and mentor introduce me to Shiasu-Anma massage, that inspired me to go to the Shiasu Massage School of California. Later I would find myself at the School of Hawaiian Lomi Lomi, Esalen Institute, Santa Barbara School of Massage, IPSB, studying in Hawaii, New Zealand and Australia studying with amazing healers and teachers who have shaped and framed how I believe and work to this day. Having over 2000 certified hours of training and 30 years experience I consider myself quite passionate in what I do and I continue to thrive doing this work. Everything I learn I share and I'll continue doing so way into my hundreds😊

My approach to my evolving practice, to my work is to show up, be present and hold space for every woman who seeks my work. I'm here to not only help you relax but to share with you evidence based information with practical wisdom that could help you on your journey.
